Mailings
PMSG provide a range of mailing services including mail merge and printing, signature printing, matching and mailsort. Often we can save our clients money on their postage by using down stream access providers, with Royal Mail providing the final mile delivery.
We also source and provide suitable mailing lists and can build and maintain address lists from client activity or existing databases. Envelopes are printed with a return PO Box number, so any that are undelivered are returned to us and the databases updated.
In addition we often build in sleepers in to the mailing to check the delivery service levels.

It is not good enough just to pick and pack items and send them out on time. Here at PMSG we track every parcel to its destination. If there is a non-delivery for what ever reason we contact the client or the recipient and ensure the goods are delivered at the next, earliest opportunity.
